Alternatively, you can get more information on the legislation and regulations surrounding it at the "official AARTO website" which is run by the RTMC but don't expect to get too much information designed to help you from there.

All of the AARTO legislation regulations and other documentation is available at that site. The National Road Traffic Act and National Road Traffic Regulations and their amendments are available at various sites on the internet. Municipal by-laws are only available from the various municipalities.
