The AARTO Amendment Bill, 2015 [B 38D-2015] was assented to and signed by President on 13 August 2019 and is now the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences Amendment Act, No 4 of 2019. It is intended that it will be implemented nationally from 1 July 2021.
